All service payments are non-refundable once work has begun, as time, expertise, and communication start immediately.

Deposits and partial payments are also non-refundable.

If a client stops responding, refuses to participate, or fails to make payments, services may be paused or terminated with no refund.

All digital products are non-refundable because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Clients may cancel future subscription payments or monthly plans with written notice; however, previously paid invoices will not be refunded.
